Shipping is calculated by the weight of your package. USPS is not guaranteeing shipping time because of the Covid-19 Pandemic; however typical shipping time are listed below:

* We offer a 14 day policy for all exchanges. No exchanges after 14 days.
* To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
* If an item is received damaged, please contact us within 3 business days by email and include a photo of the damage product(s). We cannot exchange any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
* For all handmade products, please note that no handmade product is exactly/precisely the same, as such, we can't guarantee the exact same item for an exchange. Please send us an email at drapedculture@gmail.com if you have any questions.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we do. All international shipping will be according to the postage rate from GA to your respective country.
How long does it take to complete custom orders?
Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to complete, depending on the quantity and time to create. Rush order available at an extra charge of $5.00, in addition to the cost of the item
Do we take bulk orders?
Yes, bulk orders are welcomed. Bulk orders are specially priced at a bulk discount rate. Please email drapedculture@gmail.com for more information.
Where's my return?
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days, after receiving the item. An email confirmation will be sent as receipt of return.
Oh, no! An item I love is out of stock! What can I do?

Headwraps measure approximately between 20-22 inches wide and 68-70 inches long.
Headbands fit an "average adult head 21-23 inches
